During these challenging times, we remain diligent in keeping you safe and comfortable while receiving your dental care. Infection control has always, and will continue to be, a top priority for us. We are continuing to follow extraordinary safety measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19, as recommended by the ADA, CDC, and OSHA.
Prior to your appointment, we will call you and ask you screening questions. If you have recently tested positive for COVID-19, have been exposed to someone known to have COVID-19, or are experiencing symptoms, we will ask you to reschedule your appointment in an effort to minimize potential spread. Upon your arrival to our office, we ask that you please wait in your car and call us at 906-786-3891 to notify us of your arrival. We will meet you to take your forehead temperature and review the screening questions again. Please wear a face covering or let us know if you need one for your visit. Hand sanitizer and a small zip-lock bag for personal belongings will be provided for you. Only the patient being treated will be allowed in the office at this time, with the exception of a parent accompanying a child or a caregiver providing physical assistance to a patient. (If you are accompanying a patient for one of these reasons, please wear a face covering and adhere to social distancing guidelines in our waiting room.) As always, we continue to thoroughly clean rooms after each patient with approved cleaning agents. We are also taking enhanced safety precautions by proactively screening staff for signs/symptoms of COVID-19, using higher level personal protective equipment (PPE), doing more frequent disinfection of frequently touched surfaces, and utilizing HEPA air filtration and extra-oral suction to reduce airborne particles.
We value your trust and patience as we work to protect our patients and staff during this global pandemic. Please call us with any questions or concerns you may have at 906-786-3891.
We want to make your office visit a hassle free experience. Complete our patient forms and bring them with you to your next appointment.
